Shipping & Returns

Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Free shipping applies from €75. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it free of charge from your account (Orders) or via order lookup with your order number and email. After approval, payment is refunded to your original payment method.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within this store’s return window (14 days after ship/delivery; the exact window is shown in your account or order lookup). Start a return from My returns / Orders, or via order lookup as a guest. Opened or sealed cosmetics may be excluded for hygiene reasons where permitted by law. Returns are reviewed before a refund is issued.

For distance purchases in the EU you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period. For sealed cosmetics opened after delivery, withdrawal rights may be limited. Studio appointments have separate cancellation terms (typically 24 hours’ notice; see your booking confirmation).
